When you order on our website or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address or location pin, your order and your messages to us. Online payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider; we do not see or store your card details.

We use this information only to answer your questions, prepare and deliver your order, contact you about your order, and improve our service.
WhatsApp and our assistant
Our WhatsApp replies may be handled by an automated assistant, with our team stepping in when needed. Messages are sent through WhatsApp (Meta). To provide the service, your messages and order details are processed by our service providers for messaging, automation, AI, maps and payments. They only use this information to provide their services to us.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with our delivery staff and the service providers above, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations, and conversation history only as long as needed to serve you.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email info@gluway.com or send us a WhatsApp message saying “Delete my data”, and we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
