Terms & Conditions

1. Company, mainly angel investors are investing, its portal will be open according to their investment.
2. The company will refund the profit ratio to the angel investors according to their investment.
3. The company has given a waiting time period of 15 months to angel investors from the period of their investment.
4. The company will provide the angel investor a refund of his investment as per the company's T&C.
5. The company first clears the angel investor, the angel investor cannot refund the fund after 15 months after portal closing, in this condition only 50% of the fund will be refunded.
6. The company has given 100% risk-free investment, refunding shortly to angel investors.
7. The company has given a chance to angel investors to do secure funding trading.
8. The company gives an opportunity to Angel investors to join a new field.
9. The company does not give any authority under itself to the Angel investors regarding their investment.
10. The company does not provide any such authority to the angel investor by which he can make a claim against the company.
11. The company will refund the payment to the angel investor after deducting TDS or ADMIN CHARGES or TAX from his amount.
12. The company will deduct and provide your referral income TDS or ADMIN charges to the broker.
13. The company will provide LT royalty to the broker according to his investment.
14. The company will provide LT Royalty to the Angel investor according to his investment.
15. The return funding method will be disclosed to the company and angel investors according to their investment.
16. No one has the power to sell the project to a company or angel investor.
17. The company does not provide any FILM rights to the broker as a result of selling the project.
18. The company has not given any such authority to the angel investor to commit his/her amount before 18 months, no matter how the company is targeted and questions are raised.
19. The company is sharing the project with the angel investors in exchange for the amount, to which the brokers or angel investors act as temporary funders. Their project main producers or co-producers have not been authorized.
20. The company will refund the amount if the project continues making, releasing, or box office recovery for 18 months. In case the project is of any nature distorting, disease, earth activity, violence, war activity, Quarfe activity, cinemas closing, or other such activity, if there is no action of the main company, then for some reason the project gets delayed, that is our case. Mainly all brokers or Angel Investors will have to understand.
